Encyclopedia of historical weapons - Great-Sword

Infantry sword with a form of a longsword. Had to be used with both hands. Blade was flat and wide, hexagonal and narrow, or diamond-shaped. Very effective vs. light armor.

Metal ball attached to a wooden handle. All steel in the later times. Often a symbol of power.
Haubergen
Shorter version of the hauberk, a shirt made of mail, usually laced down the sides.
Udlimau
Fighting adze of hardwood, had a stone point fixed with resin on the head.
